1. Agreement
By using PARTECH, placing an order, or requesting services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
PARTECH provides a free workspace and paid products and professional services, delivered either through AI-assisted drafting and professional review or through direct PARTECH preparation.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
Pricing is shown on applicable product routes. Orders are confirmed once payment or request submission is successfully received and acknowledged by PARTECH.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, reviewing all deliverables, and ensuring outputs are suitable for your legal, regulatory and operational needs.
5. Delivery and turnaround
Delivery timings are targets, not guarantees, and may vary depending on scope, response times and complexity.
6. AI and professional review
AI-assisted outputs are part of a fulfilment route. Please read our AI & Professional Services Disclaimer.
7. Intellectual property
PARTECH retains rights in platform technology, templates and methods. Customers receive a licence to use purchased deliverables for their own business operations unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PARTECH excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss. PARTECH's total liability for a specific paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory law states otherwise.
